Updated version of my earlier AddCategoryAll.vbs
that Can replace or append to current list of Categories. Important as it
shows you have to rebind to a Document object after check out. Works on
Enhanced Folders only. Now supports RECURSION as 4th parameter.

Cool bit of code from Tom that helps when importing lots of
