Beta SPS 2003 TR

Ma vision du Technical Refresh (TR) de Microsoft sur mon serveur de tests.

Depuis la version Française est là, je suis en phase de tests (idem pour le Club SPS).

1) Les mise à jour (maj) 1er nouvelle de la maj de WSS 2003, cela va bien, mais

sur un serveur avec SPS 2003 il prends la main et on ne trouve plus SPS 2003.

PS: je suppose qu'Il faut que je télécharge la maj de SPS 2003,

le Technical Refresh fait 254 Mo.

2) quand-lilnstaller la maj de SPS 2003 (pas avant ? petite angoisse - maintenant je sais - c'était oui!).

3) La base MSDE elle apparaît comme désactivée. Ce qui n'est pas le cas !

Puisque je vois mon serveur Windows SharePoint Services, il fonctionne et mes datas sont là.

4) les maj de IIS se sont fait en automatique (je n'ai pas vérifié les version ASP et les Assembly)

Il faudra que je le vois avec un autre serveur non 'TR'.

ASP .NET v1.1.4322 & Windows Services Extension Properties : Windows SharePoint Services.

5) il faut renseigner MSDE au niveau de son adresse du serveur

et les services c'est SQL Server - puis refresh et auto start - et c'est bon !

MSDE va bien. Petite surprise quand je redémarre le serveur plus d'adresse du serveur

MSDE, mais MSDE fonctionne ?

6) je fais la maj de Office Beta 2003, on va voir... c'est vu OK parfait en Anglais.

7) je vais faire la maj de FrontPage 2003 en Anglais (heureusement mon serveur avait les versions US). Bon tout va bien, l'instal. est bonne.

Car sur un autre poste j'ai les versions Française, et là cela ne va pas... Je viens de télécharger les maj

MUI, on va voir, c'est vu ;+(( rien, il ne veut pas s'installer avec Office Beta 2 en Français.

8) le TR de SPS 2003 en Anglais, le désastre, plus rien ne fonctionne correctement, je vais voir ou est le PB dans la journée de demain. Mais cela coince.

CONCLUSION :

Une mise à niveau OK, deux OK, trois bonjour les dégâts.
